Qualified Sports & Exercise Nutritionist Alice Sharples will look over the information provided by you to give detailed feedback on your diet.
We will email you a consultation survey / questionnaire and a 5-day (include 1 weekend day) food and training diary to complete. From this information you will receive a personalized written 2-week nutrition plan tailored to your needs as well as an overall evaluation of your diet. We also provide an information sheet on your chosen sport about what the current research is showing and how it can relate to you and your needs. This can be expected to be received within 5 working days of your consultation.
